Was informed how to return three of the four pillows. The return was due to an error in the selection four vs. one pillow. As soon as the error occurred an email was sent cancelling the order. Get Nuzzle failed to cancel. Nuzzle than notified, they accepted my order, I emailed again cancelling the order. Nuzzle notified me they were shipping, I said: do not ship. Get nuzzle ignored. I have the emails written and sent as proof. Today, I sent back three of the four pillows. It cost be $37. I should be reimbursed for the shipping and and charged for only one pillow.
