Transferring money to bank accounts is a frustrating experience when faced with unhelpful customer support that is rude and fails to resolve issues. Their customer service can only update you on how busy they are to review your case, which can take over 5 business days. I would not recommend using this service if you want to avoid issues with your money transfers.
