Our POS system has been out of order for over three weeks now. An upgrade initiated by the company has disrupted the integration with our e-commerce platform, leading to significant operational challenges. We are unable to process customer transactions and are forced to manually input sales into our accounting system, resulting in hundreds of wasted hours. Communication from the support team has been minimal, and the developers seem unable to resolve the issue or provide any updates. We are not the only ones facing these problems. It’s advisable to steer clear of this POS platform; your business could face serious setbacks if they encounter upgrade issues without solutions.

Disappointing Service After Initial Use

I started using this POS system in late 2018 and initially faced challenges. After some effort, it worked adequately, but recently, it has deteriorated significantly. Reporting is severely flawed, with a large percentage of transactions missing from their reporting tools, making reconciliation impossible. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no assistance. It appears the company has shifted focus to a new product, leaving existing customers without support. I would recommend looking elsewhere, as both this and the new product may not meet your needs.

Lack of Support After Purchase

If you want a company that only provides support until they receive payment, this is the one for you. They are very attentive during the sales process but disappear once the transaction is complete. I would recommend avoiding this company entirely.

Extremely Poor Experience

I tried this POS system for a client needing integration with their website. After purchasing the lifetime plan, the experience has been disappointing. Support is unresponsive to our inquiries, and the app frequently malfunctions. My client faces ongoing issues, with no replies from support via email or chat. This has been a terrible experience, and I wish to switch to a different POS system.

Disheartening Experience – Not Worth the Investment

I purchased the Pro version of this POS system hoping for a reliable solution with solid technical support. Unfortunately, it has been very disappointing. The system fails to maintain accurate inventory, particularly for variable products. Despite numerous attempts to get help, support has been unhelpful, often blaming my setup. They refused to issue a refund, even though the software did not meet its promises. Ultimately, I paid for a system that never worked properly and received no meaningful support.

Dissatisfying Transition to Paid Version

Hardware Issues Persisting for Months

We bought software and hardware from the company, but despite assurances, the hardware has not worked for over a year. We cannot use the self-scan kiosks or the handheld scanner due to licensing issues. Despite promises made during meetings, there has been no follow-up communication regarding returning the hardware, resulting in substantial financial loss. We have not received responses to our inquiries. I hope they resolve this and take back the hardware.

Exceptional Support - Significant Sales Achieved

I have been using this POS system for over a year for a client, and it has been a smooth experience. Training new employees was easy, and we encountered very few issues throughout the year. The support team promptly addressed any minor problems we faced, even though we were on the basic plan without priority support. After trying other options, I can confidently say this is the best choice for support.
