Reporting is severely flawed, with a large percentage of transactions missing from their reporting tools, making reconciliation impossible. If you want a company that only provides support until they receive payment, this is the one for you. They are very attentive during the sales process but disappear once the transaction is complete. I would recommend avoiding this company entirely.
