Update: customer service reached out and said they understood why it seemed misleading on their part. They sent me the advent calendar I thought I was getting originally. Added one star for them fixing the issue. I ordered the advent calendar which shows 12 separate boxes-one for each day. Mine came in a box with everything thrown in. There was no separation for each day. The only thing they had for each day was a QR code. I am so disappointed. Every single ad has a box for each day but I really feel like mine was just thrown in a similar looking box without a care.
