Ordered products on a 3 for 2 deal in the new year, they sent completely the wrong products and terrible ones that couldn’t be gifted, as they were accessory packs which didn’t even include clay. Initially responded, asked me to send them back and as a gesture of good Will would replace with an upgraded product. Nothing has ever been sent to me, multiple emails sent chasing for an update which are being ignored. I imagine if you receive the advertised product they could be great, but I’ve spent a lot of money and time sending emails with no response. Would I use this company again, 100% no! I wish I read the reviews before ordering, which may have steered me to another company and not be out of pocket. Order number UK40347.

Incredibly human and kind. Evidently run by real people who care about the things they create! Very generous and considerate in customer service also. In the age of automation, such interaction in a commerce context feel like finding gold at the bottom of The Thames. Can’t recommend enough in this regard!

I ordered a set from Pott'd that was beautifully packaged and designed. We started off having a few troubles with the kit, so I emailed and asked if this was usual and the customer service team were so helpful and generously sent us a replacement different style of paints for us to try, and were very kind to my mum about which she could choose. We will definitely re-use them in the future.
I bought a Tea & Biscuit Coaster Kit with mugs in December and we just sat down to use it today. We started with the mugs which, in themselves, are nice however the quality of the paints seems poor. The mugs were difficult to decorate as the paint quickly became tacky and it was impossible to avoid streaking. The paint does not apply in the same way as examples shown on Pott’d’s website and some areas remain tacky even after going in the oven. When we opened the brushes, the bristles were hard to touch and a few brushes appeared to have a glue-like white film around them. We have not used the clay yet but given the quality of the paints, I am not hopeful. Quite disappointing given the price point for the kit. I feel it is not worth what I paid.
Product fine! I ordered a few gift for Christmas however when the parcel arrive one product was missing. I have emailed multiple times over 3 weeks and haven’t received any response. It’s very disappointing to have missing Christmas gifts but even more so when the business won’t fix the mistake.
