I ordered 3 in-stock items on December 11 and expected a 2-4 day shipping time. I received a shipping notification at the end of that period, but it was just a label creation—nothing has actually shipped as of the 18th. I've contacted customer service, which auto-replied that they would get back to me within 72 hours, but they haven't. I emailed again, but it's too soon to see if they'll respond. I noticed their customer care seems to react to public negative reviews, so here I am. These items are supposed to be gifts, but time is running out. I'm also worried they might arrive dried out or moldy, as mentioned in other reviews.
