I ordered in December for the holidays, unfortunately I never received the package. I am satisfied with the customer service because they were responsive and following their investigation they were able to send me back another package that I received this time. Thank you for your seriousness and your help

Incomplete order and delivery issues

I received only 1 or 2 of the 3 packages. I spent around 150 on clay and paint, but the sets were incomplete. The second part was supposed to arrive but now shows as delivered, and I haven't received anything. This was a major disappointment for the Christmas gift I intended to give. This will be my last order here—great idea, but poorly executed.

Order placed but no updates

I placed an order at the beginning of December and received an email on December 8 stating my order was shipped. However, I still have no updates and have reached out multiple times to customer service with no response. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience—don't buy from them.

No order received and no replies to my messages

I placed an order on 15 December but did not get a confirmation email, even though the payment was deducted from my account. Delivery was supposed to take 2-5 days. On 18 December, I reached out via the website's contact form to check on my order status, and I was informed it could take 72 hours for a response. Now it's 23 December, and I've yet to hear back or receive my package. I also tried messaging them on social media with no luck. I couldn't find a phone number to call either. I sent another email this morning asking for an update, but still no reply. This was a Christmas gift I ordered well ahead of time, and now I won't receive it on time. I've been waiting to get something new, but there's been no communication. I advise against purchasing here.

Only received part of my order

I received only 1 or 2 of the 3 packages I ordered. I spent around 150 on clay and paint, but the sets were incomplete. In-stock items have not shipped over a week later

I ordered 3 in-stock items on December 11 and expected a 2-4 day shipping time. I received a shipping notification at the end of that period, but it was just a label creation—nothing has actually shipped as of the 18th. I've contacted customer service, which auto-replied that they would get back to me within 72 hours, but they haven't. I emailed again, but it's too soon to see if they'll respond. I noticed their customer care seems to react to public negative reviews, so here I am. These items are supposed to be gifts, but time is running out. I'm also worried they might arrive dried out or moldy, as mentioned in other reviews.

Broken items and no customer support

The clay bags arrived broken, and customer support has not responded to my complaints. I advise against buying anything here if you value customer service for broken or faulty items.

Poor packaging and bad customer service

I did not receive an email confirming my package's arrival, so I reached out to inquire, but still no response. I eventually discovered where it was, but it was poorly packaged in a plastic bag with too much tape. One of the boxes I ordered was half open. I haven't used it yet, but this situation has left me very frustrated. Packaging: 0/5, Customer Service: -5/5.

Still waiting on my advent calendar

I’m still waiting for my advent calendar, which was supposed to ship on the 18th (already a delayed date). I contacted customer service on the 20th, and they promised a reply in 24-48 hours, but I haven't heard back. I doubt the calendar will arrive in time for December 1. Update: It was finally sent out yesterday and is out for delivery today, but it was still a significant delay.

Significant delivery delay

I'm anxiously waiting for the Christmas calendar I preordered at the end of September, which was supposed to ship in mid-October. I received a message about a month-long delay. Now, as we approach the end of November, my calendar still hasn't shipped, and I have received no further updates. The voucher I was given as compensation doesn't feel sufficient anymore. I'm doubtful it will arrive on time. The other products were nice, but they seem more suited for regular crafters. I enjoyed it most of the time, but my friend didn't find it as appealing.
