My order was shipped on 12/10/2025 but didn't arrive until 12/16/2025, completely thawed. I contacted customer service out of concern for the product's condition and placed a replacement order, totaling $600 for both orders. When I sought a refund for the first order, I was told to file a claim upon arrival. After following up multiple times, I was informed that another order was shipping, which I did not want. The lack of clarity from customer service is frustrating, and I do not recommend ordering from this company due to their poor response time and assistance.
