While I acknowledge that I might have overlooked something, this fee for QR code access is outrageous. After canceling my subscription, I discovered that the gift I created would only function until the end of the subscription period. Once cancelled, the QR code becomes inactive! The customer service was awful, with no one available to assist, refund, or resolve the issue—just an AI responding to my disappointment via email. I will not use this service again.
