I recieved an immediate reply offering a 70% discount and I wouldn't have to return the products. After replying to that we settled on an 80% refund with no need to return products. Within days I recieved my refund. Customer service was very very good. Very quick to respond and no hassle. I could have returned the products at my cost for a full refund but decided to go the no hassle route. I am extremely satisfied with costumer service. Thank you.
