I ordered the anti snore device from QuietLab. I gave it a try and it was not for me. They have a 30 day trial period and said they accepted returns. So, I emailed them and told them I wanted to return my order. The reply came quickly with instructions on getting a better fit. After trying what the reply said to do, it still wasn’t for me. So I emailed them and asked again to return my purchase. Again, the response came quickly. They said I could return my purchase or keep everything and get a 70% refund. I chose the 70% refund. Wow! What great customer service. The refund was back in my account that very day! This was the best customer support I have ever received.
I tried the device for a week. It didn't work for me and in addition it came apart in use several times. I was concerned that it may be a choking hazard. I have emailed their, so called, support people 3 times and haven't heard a thing back from them. I believe this is a scam to lure people into spending money on a device that is inadequately designed. Watched their videos and ended up purchasing an ultrasound cleaning kit which I have never opened. Time after time in the videos the claim was made that if I wasn't satisfied I could return everything for a refund.
I would warn everyone not to fall for the hype of these scammers and the fake reviews posted online. I plan on pursuing be reporting them to PayPal, who handled my transaction, and my state Attorney Generals office. Be warned the promises made in their videos are nothing but words that these scammers have no intention on backing up.
I had ordered the mouth piece to stop snoring but because I grind my teeth while sleeping the mouth piece did not work for me. I requested a refund. I recieved an immediate reply offering a 70% discount and I wouldn't have to return the products. After replying to that we settled on an 80% refund with no need to return products. Within days I recieved my refund. Customer service was very very good. Very quick to respond and no hassle. I could have returned the products at my cost for a full refund but decided to go the no hassle route. I am extremely satisfied with costumer service. Thank you.
The mask would not fit and I really tried to make it work. Contacted customer support and they were quick to respond and solve the issue. Although it was not a product for me hopefully others will find it very helpful. I was given a partial refund and I was ok with what they offered. So yea try for yourself and see… might work for you!
It is not obvious from the website, but note that their products are made and shipped from CHINA. I am sitting here two weeks post order and the order continues to be in transit. Honestly would not have ordered had I known.
I have had the mouth piece for over a month, it falls out during sleep makes me gather up to much saliva to where I wake up and have to take it out, also feels like the worst jaw workout ever, pieces come off at night lost them plenty off times to where I lose sleep just looking for them to wash off, it’s not for everybody just keep other things in mind also.
We tried the device and it made no sense for us, so I began the return process. What I learned was that this company has Fabulous customer service, with patience, respect, and acceptance for their customers, which for some reason means even more to me than the device itself. Strange but true.
Ok so this product does work, my Apple Watch showed the sleeping interruptions decreased. However I had issues with some upper tooth pain as it did move my bite a little bit. While I could probably have gotten used to it, my Dr suggested I still try a cpap. I asked for a refund and they obliged without issue. Great customer service.
I just placed my order, and after one night, the experience has been incredible! I can truly sense a difference. The only downside is a bit of discomfort in my lower jaw, which is to be expected. Waking up feeling rejuvenated is a sensation I want to maintain. Thank you to the company; this really works!
