Ok, you do get what you sighn up for. Me, it was for mild case of ED. I wanted to last longer stay harder longer and thought what the hell for 20 bucks I'll give it a try. I'm 65 and thought maybe it's because of my age. And that's another plus for these people they put you on a plan that's tailored for your physical shape and age. At the end of everyday that you work out they ask how was the intensity, to hard, not hard enough or just right. The next day your able to adjust your program to up the intensity or bring it down a notch or two. So it really works with you everyday. Also you have to stay on your program DAILY! The results will come sooner by staying consistent everyday, which I'll admit was not my strong point exactly. And something really surprised me was the results I got were way sooner than I expected. Even my wife was surprised as so was I. They explained what muscles I needed to work on and how to find the muscle group and where there located. The results were great and fast I can't stress that enough, you stay with you're program and your going to see results I promise you that. Unfortunately I had a pretty bad accident a few weeks out from the start of my program, that put me in a bad position as far as being able to continue. Relatio understood my position and I can tell you I appreciate the human side of this group to work with me and held out and gave me a position when I was able to return. And I appreciate the caring and understanding that went with it and they did what ever they could to make me know they cared. I recommend Relatio whole hearty that this does as is promised, you WILL get the results that your seaching for. You will get as much as you put into it, no doubt in my mind!
