Ok, you do get what you sighn up for. Me, it was for mild case of ED. I wanted to last longer stay harder longer and thought what the hell for 20 bucks I'll give it a try. I'm 65 and thought maybe it's because of my age. And that's another plus for these people they put you on a plan that's tailored for your physical shape and age. At the end of everyday that you work out they ask how was the intensity, to hard, not hard enough or just right. The next day your able to adjust your program to up the intensity or bring it down a notch or two. So it really works with you everyday. Also you have to stay on your program DAILY! The results will come sooner by staying consistent everyday, which I'll admit was not my strong point exactly. And something really surprised me was the results I got were way sooner than I expected. Even my wife was surprised as so was I. They explained what muscles I needed to work on and how to find the muscle group and where there located. The results were great and fast I can't stress that enough, you stay with you're program and your going to see results I promise you that. Unfortunately I had a pretty bad accident a few weeks out from the start of my program, that put me in a bad position as far as being able to continue. Relatio understood my position and I can tell you I appreciate the human side of this group to work with me and held out and gave me a position when I was able to return. And I appreciate the caring and understanding that went with it and they did what ever they could to make me know they cared. I recommend Relatio whole hearty that this does as is promised, you WILL get the results that your seaching for. Give them a chance and you to will agree and see they have your interest at heart, and if you need any help or have any questions their support team is there for you 24 hours a day and will be glad to answer any question no matter how small they encourage you to please ask! You will get as much as you put into it, no doubt in my mind!
Good exercises and well spaced. I'm recovering from prostate surgery so exercises were also very good for bladder control issues as well.
I'm in my 70's so the extra exercises were beyond me. The regular daily exercises were fine. Also I didn’t need the meditation segments at this point, yet I can see benefits for some.
All in all, valuable time spent.
Well made app with lots of informations within and good tools to get knowledge and consciousness. There are some issues with keeping the statistics right of the personal plan, and the videos could be updated with better quality and details. The AI coach is a good tool to resolve some doubts I had during the practice. Recommended to try at least the trying period
