If I could give it a zero, I would. It's worse than spotty service and the lies about 60 day return policy. Basically, you can't use the product at all or it's ineligible for a return. Total and complete scam!!!

When you file for a return this is the email response you receive:

Hi Amy,

Thank you for reaching out again. I understand your frustration with the product's performance and that it's not meeting your expectations for watching TV shows or getting work done.

As previously communicated, our return policy states that items must be in manufacturer's condition and in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a return. Since the device has been used, it unfortunately no longer meets the conditions required for a return and refund. We are unable to make exceptions for opened or used items, as this is a firm company policy.

I recognize this isn't the news you were hoping for, and I apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
