The fact that i can purchase the same thing from this company for way less...and there is internet everywhere...its much cheaper than we are being charged in this world. It's nice to be able to have it on the go and cheap for a change.
I recently purchased the device on August 4th 2025, but found it did not meet my needs. It has never been used, a fact that was confirmed by a customer service representative during our recent phone conversation. Despite this, I was charged for six months of service upfront a week ago. When I requested a reversal of these charges, I was told it was not possible because I am "locked in" for the next six months. Furthermore, the representative I spoke with asked for an additional payment of $17.99 to assist me with this matter, which I found highly inappropriate.
Since the device remains unused and the service has not been utilized, I am requesting that you intervene to reverse the $179 charges and return the funds to my card.
I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter.
My experience was good, but at the checkout, there's was too many up selling thrown at me and I didn't get a total on how much I had spent. Not a good feeling about that, no true transparency.
It is a quick, simple process. They have some good add on offers. We are RVers and also have property in a remote area of Arizona. Our phones seldom work out there. I am anxious to see if this does. If so it will save us a lot of money.
I received a typical response...that I need to provide information, etc., etc.
Utter nonsense. I called, emailed, spoke to someone in the end and my colleagues too and we issued Ryoko all the requested information, but all to no avail. The product doesn't work and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT !
It's a scam please don't fall for it, the battery is terrible and the should have been designed as a battery to charge it on the go.
The shipmet/delivery for both the device and the dock was quick and straightforward.
The reason I am calling it a scam is that I purchased the unlimited plan used it for like 2 or 3 days to stream on YouTube and Netflix or prime and then it started slowing down and when I contacted customer care they told me that my speed was reduced due to excessive usage/throttling and that it was all written in user guidelines or whatever rubbish they said.
It's is a scam/nothing is as advertised. If want something to use for a few seconds because you have save the data even with the unlimited plan then go for it . But if you on travelling and want to stream or watch a movie on Netflix or whatever it won't work for you and the worst part is you can't even return it for a refund so in less than a month of purchasing it am stuck unlimited data plan that is useless to me and device that I can't use or return it's just sitting there collecting dust. Please don't buy it is the worst and huge scam, a waste of hard earned money. I can't even explain how disappointed I am but SCAM is the closest word I can use to explain my disappointment.
DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE OR FALL FOR THEIR SCAM AND LIES.

Ausica PO Box 7244 WETHERILL PARK NSW 1851. You can either refund me my money or send a new one. THANK YOU,Glenn Duncan.
When it works, it works okay. But for the most part, it does not work at all. I spent a $185 on this thing by the extra stuff for it. And the device in 6 months worth of unlimited data. This has worked a total of maybe 20 days in 3 months. Not worth, the money buffers a lot never gets a good signal. Don't waste your money!!!!
⭐ 1‑Star Review: Misleading “Unlimited” Plan & Terrible Service
I’m leaving this review to warn others before they get caught out like I did.
I paid upfront for what Ryoko Pro advertises as an “unlimited” plan. After only a short period of completely normal usage, they restricted my service and accused me of “excessive use.” An unlimited plan should not have limits — that’s the whole point. Nothing about these restrictions was clearly disclosed before purchase.
When I contacted customer support, I received nothing but generic, copy‑and‑paste replies pointing me to their FAQ and fine print. No explanation, no accountability, and no willingness to resolve the issue. The terms they rely on are vague, confusing, and feel designed to justify limiting a service that was sold as unlimited.
On top of that, the fees are unclear and the overall experience feels intentionally misleading. I’ve paid for a service they simply did not deliver.
I’m posting this so others don’t get scammed into paying for something Ryoko Pro has no intention of providing. Be very cautious before handing over your money.
There is many many many reviews on how bad this company is, please review these. It's all the same.
Pathetic AI reply from a firm who just doesn't care, just an absolute scam firm.
