Extremely disappointing customer service! I ordered food and the app indicated a 45-minute wait time. When I checked the app later, it said my food would arrive at least two hours later. I reached out to the support team and received no clear answers. The representative I spoke with was not helpful at all. She kept suggesting a refund or a reorder. When I inquired about the timing, she claimed to have contacted the restaurant and that the driver was on the way to pick up my order. After waiting another 30 minutes, I contacted her again, only to find out from the restaurant that my order had already been picked up. She seemed unaware and continued to suggest canceling my order! Eventually, I gave up trying to get clarity. She canceled my order without my consent, forcing me to drive 20 minutes to the restaurant and have them redo my order since no one knew where it was.
