It has not moved for 7 days now and comms with the company are exceptionally poor despite numerous emails being sent to customer service and yna. I wish I had dug a little deeper because if I had the slightest notion that I was purchasing something from China, I wouldn't have done so.This was a present for my autistic son which will not arrive in time now and I am very disappointed and angry as the money left my account immediately. 10 days later - nothing.I'm not interested in the sentimental guff which the company post on here from 'Michelle' either which has the distinct whiff of AI about it.
