Took 3 months to arrive. Sent fake tracking. Don't respond to emails. Can not return once arrived as out of return period. Absolute scam of a company. Do not order from them. Product is cheap and not good quality. Not worth the money.
If you've ordered one of these it will probably turn up, eventually. Mine just arrived 2 months after being ordered! Tracking information was useless as is customer service, lots of friendly sounding reassuring emails that are automated and if you actually email them you get nothing. Item is lovely and soft but for the experience it is definitely not worth the money. If you haven't ordered yet, don't bother! I will not be ordering from this company again.
Ordered two weighted stuffed animals December 1, 2025 and as of February 14, 2026 nothing received. I did contact Snugly multiple times and a couple times was told they were in transit but that’s obviously not true. I’ve asked for a refund or delivery with no response. Not a trustworthy company.
This company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Never received my order. No reply back just left me hanging. Strongly suggest you check on Amazon. They took my money and so I got one on Amazon. Same stuffed animal for way less. These ppl are a SCAM

I placed an order on 13 Dec and the payment was processed instantly, yet I've only received automated responses since then. The tracking company seems very unreliable coming from China. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand—this feels like a scam, and my numerous requests for a refund have gone unanswered. It's particularly disappointing as I ordered for two neurodiverse individuals for Christmas.
The product is acceptable, but the service and delivery are extremely poor. If you order a weighted item, don't count on receiving it in time for any important occasion unless you've placed your order well in advance. The support team is frustratingly unresponsive; they may reply a couple of times if you're fortunate, but then they disregard further emails while still sending promotional content multiple times a day. The tracking information provided is nearly useless.
We placed an order and ended up being scammed. There was no product delivered, and attempts to reach out were ignored. It was concerning that there was no email, address, or phone contact for the UK. They invested heavily in social media advertising and created fake ratings and reviews. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund through a payment service.
I placed my order on 29 Nov 2025, but the seller only started shipping on 27 Dec 2025, right after I filed a PayPal claim. The stress and frustration from the delays, along with the misleading and unreliable communication from the seller, have completely ruined my experience with a product that was supposed to help me relax. The seller appears to be drop-shipping goods made in China at a high markup while relying on an unreliable AI for customer service and marketing. It feels like you're paying more for the same experience as buying from other platforms, but with even worse customer service and dishonesty.
