I would give a 0 if I could. It has been 5 days since I replied to their email and have yet to receive a reply back to mine. There is no phone number to speak directly to customer service rep. My trust has been broken a number of times by their out right lies to the issues I brought up. I even cut and pasted their own ads and emails showing their contradictions and lies. I am a cancer survivor and am currently waiting to see if my cancer had spread yet again, so I don't appreciate the run around and BS. I have provided my phone number in each email, yet no one calls or has replied in almost a week. Unacceptable customer service. I would stay away from the company. I would also like to add that when I went back and read the positive reviews I noticed that the dates are the same for batches of them. This makes me think they are fake. When I read the negative reviews they complain of the same issues I have experienced. Makes you wonder. I wish I had noticed this prior to ordering. Hope this review opens the eyes of others that are thinking of ordering from this company. Buyer be aware. It took posting this review for this company to get back to me. Cancelling my order I will update on how long it takes for my money to be refunded. It took 6 days for a reply to my emails, hope it doesn't take that long to issue my refund. If it does, I will be sure to let you know.Update, wrote Michelle since she said she would be handling my case going forward. Have yet to receive a reply from her but I did receive one from Yna saying that my refund can not be issued until they receive the package back. I have pointed out that I declined shipment and it clearly shows on the tracking that the package is on route to them, so issue my refund. There is no good reason why the refund can not be issued. I never received the package in the first place, so there is no need to wait. This back and forth BS has been going on for over 6 weeks. So much so Michelle handing my case. This is just another lie told by this company. Buyer be aware!
