Although the delivery on this item was a little longer than I would have liked (approx3 weeks), it was well worth the wait. I bought the Panda for my grandson, who 12 and is going through a difficult time at the moment, and he absolutely loves it. Takes it to bed with him every night and has found a real friend in his panda. His panda is so lovely, soft, well made and has a kind face, just what he needed. I have now ordered the red panda for my grand daughter and I am sure that she will love that too. Communication with the company has been swift and very friendly too.
