However, as of January 2, the tracking still indicates that the item is in China with no updates. I reached out to the company to request a cancellation and refund since it was no longer needed, but they informed me that they can't cancel an item in transit, even though I believe it hasn't actually been shipped yet. I've now opened a case with the payment service in hopes of recovering my $90.
