I had a terrible experience with Spruce Cleaning, and I would not recommend them. I scheduled a cleaning on December 4th for today December 30th with a window of 1-5 PM. However, at 9:30 AM, they messaged asking if they could come between 9 AM and 1 PM instead. I agreed, but by 4 PM, I hadn't heard from anyone, so I reached out to check in. I was then informed that they were unable to make it at all and offered me a rescheduled appointment for 01/07 and a $25 credit as compensation. I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated, especially since this was a cleaning I had planned for the New Year. I informed them that I no longer needed their service and requested a full refund. While they did process a refund, the entire experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. They should have communicated better and honored the original appointment or at least provided more clarity on the situation. Overall, it was a huge inconvenience, and I won’t be using their services again.
