My daughter paid over $200 for a deep clean of her apartment in Dallas, Texas. No one ever showed up and my daughter was sent pictures of a different apartment along with a message saying cleaning was completed. When she contacted customer service, she was told they will not issue a refund because the picture of someone else's apartment suffices as proof her place was cleaned. Don't spend money on this service unless you consider it a gamble!
