Multiple times where once specific cleaner could not find my apartment regardless of the very detailed instructions including complex name and what the buildings look like. Reached out to the company about it each time and they said they would fix the issue yet on my move out clean booked for today this same cleaner said she couldn't find the place causing me to not be able to get the cleaning as they had no other cleaners available. I cancelled, got my money back, and used thumbtack where I found a new company within 30 minutes who sent a cleaner out in a few hours and it cost me less than what spruce charged and the cleaning job was very well done based off video and pictures sent due to me not being able to be physically present. Stay away from this company.
