The charge isn’t clear enough. When I book a ride, I just know the range of the ride is 8-13. And it charged me pre-authorised amount 12.2. Then it charged me £20. I don’t know why there’s a large difference to the estimated price. If I know the price in advance, I could decide not to book the ride and pay for it.
