I rely on this service for work, and I strongly advise against using it. It's astonishingly ineffective. Cars frequently do not arrive, or if booked well in advance, they are processed at the last minute and show up 30 minutes late. The experience has been extremely disappointing. Seriously, this shouldn't be so complicated!
I use this service for work. Stay away. It's incredibly ineffective. Cars fail to arrive, or bookings made hours in advance are only processed at the last minute, leading to delays of 30 minutes. Truly disappointing. Come on, it's not that complicated!
The driver arrived ahead of schedule and picked us up from the correct location. The drive was smooth, which I appreciated, and he knew some clever shortcuts. Excellent! I had requested a call upon his arrival, which didn’t happen, but it was not an issue.
I would like to challenge this taxi fare. The driver did not show the meter at the beginning or end of the ride, violating local taxi regulations. Without a visible meter, the fare is invalid. Additionally, I was dropped off at the incorrect address. A 12-mile journey at 4:30 PM should not cost £82. The service failed to provide any meter details or fare breakdown. This represents an illegal overcharge, and the service was not delivered correctly. I request a chargeback.
