EDITEDHenry contacted me, they refunded my payment so i can create new privacy pack for ecommerce site. Should be 5 stars if the response time is "within hours" as advertised. PREVIOUS I want to change policy pack from web pack to ecommerce pack and sent contact form for support.It said that support will reply in a few hours. After waiting for more than 24 hours and still no replies, i deleted web privacy pack i made before. And there is no way to create new privacy even for same website without repay. Why the system unable to detect which web we created the privacy pack before so we can create same privacy for same website.
