I have been using GetTerms for my WordPress site (WooCommerce), and while the journey had its challenges, the destination was absolutely worth it.

Not only did they fix the compliance issue, but they went the extra mile to implement a specific feature request I had: the ability to handle consent *without* a forced page reload. This was a massive win for my User Experience.
If you are looking for a "set and forget" plugin, this is great. But if you run into edge cases, you can rest assured that this team actually cares about solving the problem rather than brushing you off.

It's also something you could screenshare and do together, which would probably give the client more confidence since they would see the process.
