Absolutely dreadful experience and, as a result, would categorically not recommend this business. Having purchased five hoodies, I was so disappointed at the paper thin material and, on two garments, such poor finishing. I emailed the company to complain and was informed that even for substandard items, return postage of £4.99 must be paid - no exceptions.
It cost £9.98 to have the items delivered and returned; I am annoyed that awarding one star is the least that can be awarded.
