Very good prices in the sales. Recently purchased a gorgeous pair of designer sunglasses for a quarter of the price. Delivery is fast and things are packaged very well. I highly recommend them and definitely use again.
I received the wrong item and I'm still waiting for a response about a prepaid return label to send it back! Normally, I wouldn't be this impatient, but since I needed the shoes for a bridesmaid dress fitting, I'm quite frustrated. It's disappointing that the service doesn't seem to take care in verifying the items they send out. The presence of an FAQ section outlining what to do in case of an incorrect order highlights the issue. The shoes I got are totally different from what I ordered.
The customer service is incredibly poor. I ordered items before Christmas and never received them, nor have I received a refund. I was asked to fill out a claim form that listed incorrect items. I will never purchase from this service again. I just want my money back.
