I received the wrong item and I'm still waiting for a response about a prepaid return label to send it back! Normally, I wouldn't be this impatient, but since I needed the shoes for a bridesmaid dress fitting, I'm quite frustrated. It's disappointing that the service doesn't seem to take care in verifying the items they send out. The presence of an FAQ section outlining what to do in case of an incorrect order highlights the issue. The shoes I got are totally different from what I ordered.
