I have to say for the most part my experience has been wonderful. Get Timely is so user friendly for both myself and my clients. I run spa businesses and I have an animal rescue I’m in the process of building. All 3 of these businesses Get timely is PERFECT for! I’m not super computer savvy, but I feel like I am with Timely. It is so easy to set up by yourself and customize everything. You can be as detailed as possible! Down to even multiple color schemes and how you want to be viewed online. You can easily attach your booking system at timely to your website. And even choose if you want specific services for buttons or entire categories. The best part is now there is timely pay for the U.S.A!!! The only issue I have, is the gettimely sales feature doesn’t have detailed reports nor the ability to make instant deposits like Square or Stripe. Other than that you are able to focus on building your business and monitor your productivity. One of the best parts is even though there isn’t phone access for customer service, they are pretty good at getting back with you in less than 24 hours via email. Although it would be helpful to have access to customer service via phone. I had Gabrielle take great care of me last week when I was confused with the timely pay features.
