I pay extra for telephone support, and I have never had any trouble getting through to the team. I’ve always found them to be extremely helpful.
The only thing I would suggest about the platform is that it would be great if I could upload my small courses directly onto the system. Currently, clients can only book one space at a time, so I have to manually add any additional clients myself.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM FOR OVER 8 WEEKS. SENT 32 EMAILS, AND MADE OVER 10 CALLS. I PAY FOR SUPPORT, AND THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME. I JUST SPENT $200 WITH MY IT GUY, AND HE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THE PROBLEM IS ON THERE END. BUT THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS OR ANSWER MY EMAILS. WORST COMPANY EVER, I NOW HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY LIKE FRESHA.
Still haven't had any communication for over 28 days. They are ignoring all our calls, emails, everything. EVEN THOUGH I PAY FOR SUPPORT. Timely hasn't worked properly for over a month. Can't communication with pur customers base, or do any marketing causing lost revenue. Over $10,000 so far. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.! Look at there reviews.
I have to say for the most part my experience has been wonderful. Get Timely is so user friendly for both myself and my clients. I run spa businesses and I have an animal rescue I’m in the process of building. All 3 of these businesses Get timely is PERFECT for! I’m not super computer savvy, but I feel like I am with Timely. It is so easy to set up by yourself and customize everything. You can be as detailed as possible! Down to even multiple color schemes and how you want to be viewed online. You can easily attach your booking system at timely to your website. And even choose if you want specific services for buttons or entire categories. The best part is now there is timely pay for the U.S.A!!! The only issue I have, is the gettimely sales feature doesn’t have detailed reports nor the ability to make instant deposits like Square or Stripe. Other than that you are able to focus on building your business and monitor your productivity. One of the best parts is even though there isn’t phone access for customer service, they are pretty good at getting back with you in less than 24 hours via email. Although it would be helpful to have access to customer service via phone. I had Gabrielle take great care of me last week when I was confused with the timely pay features. Do yourself and your business a favor and sign up for Gettimely! Your customers will love you for it!
I've used Timely for 5 years now and have only had a positive experience. They are quick to reply to any concerns, which are often addressed and corrected before they even send a reply!! This company are real and honest. They are NOT perfect (because who is?) but they listen and go aboveand beyond to try and make your use of the system as smooth and straight forward as possible. Any questions or queries and I just shoot off an email and it's sorted before I know it! Thankyou for all your hard work! You guys do everything I can't and make our business so much better.

Timely has very little support for a startup Bussiness, In 6 month I have been with them I received one phone call even tho I try a few times to get in touch with them.I am not happy so I am moving now to fresha.Thank you timely for your software.
Awful customer service.I have tried to return to get timely after Fresha’s new client charges. My account has been disabled. There is nobody to phone. Email responses come at 3am so assume from a different country, not UK. I have been told to repeatedly just reset my password which hasn’t worked.I have now had an email request asking for private documents, business registration, driving licence and a photo. Anyone can get my photo from Facebook so I’m not sure what security measures are put in place here, nor why they need to see my driving licence or even what country is seeing my personal documents. With the number of scams I am not prepared to send my personal information to anyone. Absolutely fuming that I’ve wasted all week trying to access my account. Awful customer service.
