I spent several weeks training with Jack Gibbs to work on my shoulder pain, and it’s made a huge difference. His focus on strength balance and proper joint mobility has really helped, and my shoulder feels better than it has in a long time. Mobility has improved, and I’m finally ready to get back to things I had to put on hold—like flyfishing. If you’re dealing with pain that’s holding you back or feeling stuck in your progress, whether in the gym or in everyday life, I’d highly recommend working with Jack.
My wife and I own a gym and when Jack approached us about offering a pain clinic for our athletes, we jumped on that opportunity! Not only is Jack super knowledgeable, he brings a great attitude to his training. He’s currently working with a few of our athletes with different injuries and they’re having great success. Even personally I had a few mobility limitations and the little tricks Jack gave me have already improved my mobility.
I attended Jack’s workshop a few months ago and it was hands down the most valuable workshop I’ve been a part of. It helped me understand more about my body and why I have aches and pains and also took me through an assessment that gave me a clear plan of action to get me moving pain free. Since then partnered with Jack for a training program to get me pain free and the journey has been one of a kind. Jack is intentional, caring, and a master with his craft. I attended one of Jack's Pain Free Workshops in November last year to learn about how to prevent a reoccurring shoulder injury. The workshops and assessment are very interesting and insightful! Jack was able to identify imbalances in strength and mobility impacting my shoulder, and he provided me with a game plan on how I could address those imbalances on my own. I have continued to utilize Jack as an amazing source of knowledge on pain-free training and recovery!
