Hearing aids were purchased in 2024. They stopped working in 2026. Company was contacted because they were sold with a lifetime warranty. Several troubleshooting tips were received from the customer service department. When I notified them that the tips were ineffective and wanted a replacement they could not find my order. I provide the order number. Then I received an email that I had not purchased their extended warranty. Who needs that with a lifetime warranty? When I expressed my regret when I decided to do business with their company. They explained that the lifetime warranty does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser, but the expected lifetime of the device( for the in ear hearing aids purchased that would be 3-7 years). These lasted 2 years. Check every review available regarding this company. I deeply regret ever ordering from them.
Got mine in just a few days. They were already partially charged so I could test them right away. Volume adjustment is simple, and I like that there’s no app or complicated setup. Plug and play. The price is fair for the results I’m getting

DONT BUY from this company... the product didn't work, they kept me waiting months for an answer on my refund even though their suppose policy says 14 days and they wanted to do store credit because it "was on sale" save your money buy from elsewhere you won't be happy.
I got these for my mom who’s in her 90s and legally blind. I thought setup might be tricky, but it was super simple. The hearing aids come pre-set, the charging case holds power for days, and there’s no complicated app or Bluetooth. She was able to use them with very little help. She says the TV sounds better and conversations are easier.
