On top of that, the chat feature on the website didn’t work for me—it kept glitching when I tried to connect with support. This made the process more frustrating than it needed to be.However, I will say that their email support team was very prompt in replying to my inquiry, which was a relief after the challenges I faced on the website. While I appreciate the quick email response, I hope they can improve their website functionality and chat feature to make the experience smoother for customers in the future.
