Review Time
It does perform as it claims. However, it only lasted a few months while being moved between rooms. After that, it just clicked as if it was starting up, but that was all it did. I reached out to the support team for guidance on what to do next and what options were available. Unfortunately, I received no response, which is quite disappointing. I would consider purchasing another, but I'm now doubtful about its longevity.
I bought 3 a little over a year ago. I loved them when I first used them but didn't use them that often. But when I recently tried to use the 2, I have, both of them wouldn't turn on and just beeps. the company has no listed phone number, so I emailed customer service told me to take a video which i did. Brian told me they were over a year old and no longer under warranty. They told me They would give me a discount. So, I agreed and paid for my invoice because I couldn't do it online. For some reason it wouldn't send to my address. The company confirmed it was being sent. Then I was emailed and said it was cancelled and money was refunded to me. No reason was given for canceling order. The one I gave my brother also stopped working. Not happy with this company!
I was contacted immediately. They requested I submit a video. I did but they couldn't review it but sent me instruction on how to forward the video so that they can review the issue. I had a power outage, and the machine began to make a noise. They also attempted to troubleshoot. I didn't get back to them, but they followed up to inquire about the status two times. I was impressed with the follow up and level of service they provided was outstanding. Thank you for your 5-star customer service.
bought 7 uvlizer units and everyone went bad within 2 months!!! reached out to them and they were very unhelpful. just kept going back and forth with no real help! never received any replacements!! definitely wouldn't recommend these units!!!!!
This company have refused to compensate me for goods purchased in July. They make excuses after excuses . They are scammers . After all this time if they were a company of any decency they would have apologised and offered a refund. I wouldn't trust them . Dreadful company
I recently needed to purchase replacement bulbs, but unfortunately, it was quite difficult navigating the website to find them since they aren’t available for purchase in-store. On top of that, the chat feature on the website didn’t work for me—it kept glitching when I tried to connect with support. This made the process more frustrating than it needed to be.However, I will say that their email support team was very prompt in replying to my inquiry, which was a relief after the challenges I faced on the website. While I appreciate the quick email response, I hope they can improve their website functionality and chat feature to make the experience smoother for customers in the future.
