What kind of details could you possibly need?On instagram / Tik Tok you make claims that these glasses are functioning eyeglasses that allow you to see up close and at a distance without switching out multiple pairs of glasses.In fact they are the cheapest reading glasses known to man,and I have no problem sending your advertising video to the BBB,Equifax,and Transunion if necessary.You claim "All your vision needs in one unique pair"......as well as being "light reactive".I did not open the package,as i was warned ahead of time on your con artist move that once you open the cheap cellophane ,you try to claim its a health hazzard,and only give 15% off.I am 100% prepared to get my attorney involved as you are ripping people off , of their hard earned money. I already have a list of your unhappy customers names,emails,and working on phone numbers as I write this,with the same story over and over again.
The glasses I purchased are a complete flop. The ad said 30 day money back guarantee but that is totally false. If you open the package they deduct part of the refund and you have to pay the return package fee. You can keep the glasses and get a 15% refund so you don't have to go through all the expense of returning the product. Don't waste your time or money on this product.
Falsely advertised product. Ingredients list does not match websites ingredient list. Contains no Retinol or caffeine or any of the other listed ingredients other than water. No mineral oils, no peptides like advertised.

I received a product that was entirely different from what was shown on the website. When we reached an agreement for a refund, they only returned half the amount we discussed. This is the worst online shopping experience I've had, and I will not purchase from them again.

I ordered a serum but received something else. I contacted customer service, and they promised to send the correct item, but I’m still waiting. They now claim it has been delivered, but none of my neighbors have received it. I strongly advise against ordering from this site as they seem to be scammers! I've lost my money and am stuck with an item I won’t use. They only offered to refund 20% of my total, which is unacceptable!
