Can't Seem to Distinguish Orange from Red.

The team can't seem to distinguish orange from Red. My logo has red as a central theme with no orange present. Each version I've received still has this issue. Am on second revision with the same issue.Not happy. Would not recommend them. Have sent messages and emails with no response. Feel ghosted.
