When I first got my gadget plugging it in was great no problem there.
As for getting it installed for my actual apps,BBC Iplayer, channel 5, itvx etc I'm having difficulty in getting these apps installed as it keeps rejecting my WiFi password.
I can only watch live TV I can't really comment on the customers help desk at the moment I have had to do a survey first before they can help me step by step. I do feel the survey should be done after I have had the chance to speak to customer care. I did scan the Qr code and got the email address, they did answer very quickly to my email of my problem. But as said I can not comment on the service as yet. Will update once I have spoken to them.
