When I first got my gadget plugging it in was great no problem there.
As for getting it installed for my actual apps,BBC Iplayer, channel 5, itvx etc I'm having difficulty in getting these apps installed as it keeps rejecting my WiFi password.
I can only watch live TV I can't really comment on the customers help desk at the moment I have had to do a survey first before they can help me step by step. I do feel the survey should be done after I have had the chance to speak to customer care. I did scan the Qr code and got the email address, they did answer very quickly to my email of my problem. But as said I can not comment on the service as yet. Will update once I have spoken to them.

If you thought about buy anything from this company, DON'T,,,,, Please read all the reviews, then make your mind up, unfortunately I didn't, and was SCAMMED,,, I received more than I ordered, and and unfortunately paid for it, (my bad),,, as like someone else, I tried to cancel the order, within a short time, to be told my order has gone to the warehouse and is already packed, (late Sunday night, what?) you have 30 days to return items, but of course you need a returns address, after 6 messages asking for a returns address, I was ignored every time, 30 days up, quite obviously they had got my money and intended to keep it, deffo a really bad company, if you still want to buy from this company, give your head a shake, DON'T The latest on this dogs breath of a company:- as with most people, they reply to your comments by saying they're sorry and get in touch by clicking on "getwave.com", and we will try to resolve the problem, they originally ignored all my messages (6) in two weeks, so I wasn't expecting to get satisfaction, but I thought I'll play your silly game, clicked "getwavemax.com", up came "Enjoy unlimited entertainment" with a blank page, as I said before don't buy from this company, or you risk loosing your money
I could only afford one as I can't get out the house! But to my UTTER dismay the must have put it up to 3 antennas,definitely not me! I then discovered they took £44.77 and another £25.67 out of my account this took my overdraft and has left me with no money for heating or food and I have severe lung disease so need to stay warm and fed I have no money until next Friday I hold them totally responsible for taking me ill.you just need to other reviews it says it all!!!! #E24C7BO9F9 THIS IS MY ORDER NUMBER!!
