Every month brings a new problem. The ongoing issue, which was never a concern with previous providers over the last two decades, is how our business name appears on caller ID. I've been given the runaround, told that it would be escalated, yet no ticket number or point of contact has been provided, and I’m told it can't be resolved. It is extremely disruptive for our business identity not to appear on a client's caller ID.
