Reaching customer service is nearly impossible. I struggled for months to add my payment method with their support. Cancelling the service was just as challenging. A 30-day turnaround for cancellation, with a customer service call lasting over an hour, only to be told someone would call back in 3-4 days? I've used many platforms for my clinics, and this one is by far the worst. Any positive feedback seems fake; I usually don’t leave reviews, but my frustration has compelled me to warn others. There are plenty of alternatives; avoid this service.
