We've been using the service for several years, and every few months, we encounter problems with it not integrating with our system. As a result, patients either do not receive texts or get texts when they don't have appointments. When contacting support, you must provide three examples, or they won’t assist. This has happened at least eight times in three years, and despite the recurring nature of the issue, they struggle to comprehend and resolve it. Currently, we are on day nine of attempts to fix it, and they informed us that we must cancel and create new appointments for rescheduling, affecting both new and canceled appointments. I have 20 patients scheduled for tomorrow, but the service only shows three. Even after sending screenshots and multiple examples, they insist on needing more proof before helping. I’m now considering switching to another service due to the lack of support. When it works, it's great, but when it doesn't, dealing with their support is a nightmare.
