I encounter a new problem every month. The issue that remains unresolved, which wasn't a concern with previous providers over the past two decades, is how our business name appears on caller ID. I've been given the runaround, promised escalations without any ticket number or point of contact, and told that it cannot be resolved. It's extremely disruptive for our business name not to appear on clients' caller IDs.
