I ordered my first pen 15 days and no sign of the order and took my payment of £124.99. I complained to my bank as potential fraudulent activity very similar to the other comments on here. No contact and no pen. I went on the chat and told them id be applying for a bank recharge and finally got an email cancelling the order sending a refund
