I paid for my order, but after 8 days, there was still no delivery. The company acknowledged they were waiting for a shipment today, which I wasn't informed about at the time of purchase, but it never arrived. I've missed my injection date, and it seems unlikely that a new supplier will accommodate this dosage now. I'm very frustrated.
Absolutely appalling customer service from this ‘company’. I placed an order three weeks ago, and although they took my money immediately, there's been no sign of my order! No responses to emails, and no one answers the phone. I've never encountered anything this bad with any other provider. They take your money and fail to deliver. Clearly, they can't handle the volume of orders. I'm disgusted.

I can't even give this a full star. You need the actual product for that. After placing my order, I received no updates for days. I tried calling and emailing, but got no replies. They took my payment immediately, and when I finally heard from them, they couldn't provide a timeline for shipping. I would recommend finding a better company.
I ordered on the 29th and have heard nothing beyond the initial confirmation. They took my money, though! I've emailed and messaged them through their website, but received zero responses, not even an automated one. I'm really unimpressed with the complete lack of customer service.
Everything was fine until I canceled my auto-pay. I paid for a three-month prescription and received my medications on time. I had good communication with the care team via text. However, once I canceled auto-pay, all communication stopped. I was only a month in and no longer received any support, despite having paid for three months. I’ll be looking for a new provider.
I've faced nothing but issues with this company since May. They take your order and payment, but you wait weeks for delivery. They then reach out offering discounts, but it happens again. They don’t have stock when they take your money, and there’s no update on stock availability. They deserve no stars.
