I purchased the Handheld Pulse Oximeter to monitor my 3 year old daughter. Unfortunatley it didnt work on her smaller fingers. Within day 1 of receiving I reached out to return. Like all of the other reviews here the customer service is awful. They play games saying they are waiting for an address to give you to return. Its been about 1 week waiting for this return address??? Btw its all email no phone. Now they just stopped responding. I will be now be disputing with my Credit Card company who will honor since I never dispute anything. Im typically not this dumb to buy from an unknown vendor. I will also be posting on Amazon since they sell there as well. UPDATE - They reached out 1 week later with some random address to send the device to (Shipping with tracking paid by me). I will not spend anymore money or time on this. I have removed scam from my review but Would not do business with this company. Stick with reputable companies
