Although the service clearly states that this product is not designed for continuous monitoring, we've found it invaluable for our needs. My father requires oxygen around the clock, and while he has full-time caregivers and cameras watching him, it's still challenging to notice when he dislodges the canula. They check on him hourly at night, but we often remain unaware of how long the canula may be out. The device sends alerts to our phones when his oxygen levels drop below 88 (with customizable thresholds), allowing us to address issues immediately. It's more accurate than a traditional oximeter and also provides pulse readings. The app allows for continuous tracking, which is essential. I plan to get a second device so we can charge one while using the other. This product has truly transformed our approach to care, and healthcare professionals have given it high praise. I believe it should be included in Medicare coverage for broader accessibility.

Fast delivery. Device quickly and easily pairs with Bluetooth and the ViHealth app. Customer service is very helpful, responding quickly to messages. It turned out that there was an issue with the device, and they sent me a new replacement. An indispensable device for sleep apnea.
I was positively impressed by the outstanding level of support. I had a faulty device and technical support helped me to troubleshoot and lately to replace the device. All happened in a timely fashion and in a few days the new device was shipped to my address.I find the devices from Wellue very competitive in prices and good performances. Unfortunately they tend to fail in time, so I have more defective devices than good one, but even so I continue to buy from them as being the best source for price and performance.
The pneumatic compression recovery system that i received was used. The plastic covering was torn and you could see that it was sent back. The reusable heating pad was not included. I am not happy with this purchase. I do not think that you are a reputable company.
