This service is comparable to scam operations. I ordered from them three years ago and have been receiving calls at least twice a week since then, always from different numbers. I attempted to stop the calls yesterday, but after being told I would be added to a Do Not Call list, I received another call today. I was informed it takes 24 hours to activate this list, which seems untruthful. When I insisted they stop calling, the representative abruptly hung up on me. If this harassment continues, I will escalate the matter. The wine quality was also disappointing, which is why I only ordered once.
